Compared to the traditional epoxy resin ball-tip process, the next-generation ball-tip technique is more environmentally friendly and safe. The filaments we produce play a pivotal role in realizing this method. By utilizing our high-quality, transparent, and lustrous filaments, customers can impeccably manufacture well-rounded ball-tip on the hairbrush filaments. What's worth highlighting is that the ball-tips crafted from our filaments are smooth without air bubbles, solid without voids, and maintain their hue without yellowing. Additionally, these ball-tips are securely attached and unlikely to fall off, further reducing subsequent procedures for hairbrush manufacturers, thereby resulting in cost savings.
